please just let me emo for the post that i am going to type..

haix.. gaining a post wasn't easy at all..
(1) people complain about how the com. runs the club
- but do they know that all of us are the first time doing it?
- normally the new com. will have advices or experiences from the ex-com. but they never seen the ex-com. they are 10 times worse and have never taught us anything.
- when we do training, feedbacks not enough game times. when we give games time during holiday, feedbacks too slack and it is not called TRAINING.

(2) people talk about the internal conflict that we have..
- who in this world will ever like conflicts? not us i know.
- but people just don't know the situation we are in.
- the trouble that some people creates for us in the dark that you all would never know.
- we tried to control but things are not going our way.

(3) we ourselves, the committee
- we admit we are not the most perfect grp of people u have seen but we are trying.
- imagine things are just thrown in to your face and expectations from your advisor are always adding to your load.
- our attitudes are not good i admit but have you thought the attitudes that you all have shown sometimes?
- training was to start at 6pm but how many are really punctual or self discipline when we really conduct training?
- constantly asking for feedbacks but everyone just keep it to themselves when asked, how many really do speak up at the point of time?
- when all asked for a camp, we have one prepared for you. the amts of forms, meetings and planning and even staying 2 days earlier than the camp ourselves, going through what all will be going through, making sure every single thing won't cause harm to all. have any one really appreciate it. be it a pat on the back just to say thankyou for the camp. a simple phrase that would really feel that everything is worth the effort that we put in?



we are not perfect.. everybody make mistakes because they learn from it.. but we tried our best and sometimes things are not in our hands to control.. things on the outside is that we have the authority to do stuffs.. but have one that is not inside really think about it that actually a particular group keeps stepping over our heads? when we asked to gather at the grandstand, can i know how long it takes for all to move over? do all understand that kind of feelings? and when we commented or raise our voice, we are tagged with the name RUDE, ABUSING AUTHORITY OR DISRESPECT.. it's hard, it's stressful, it's all that people do not see...


all i asked from humans is, please don't always look things in your own perspectives.. think about urself being in that person's shoes.. we will continue trying and trying.. cause nobody is perfect.. when people don't appreciate, i guessed this is just human instinct.. coz seriously, i can't do anything as people do not really know the insides of things.. we just have to swallow everythings that comes in our way.. maybe i am just trying to find excuses to cover our mistakes but i guessed this is the way i feel about this incident ba.. yupp! that's all..
