jus something to ponder about....
Impartial, mentioned in the dictionary often means not partial or biased; fair; just. But often in life how many of us actually did it? Yes, one may dare say outloud that i'm not biased towards any person or matter. But how often these words that comes out of one's mouth is true? You might say that in this world, nothing is fair. Well, i truely agrees with it. But what's each person's perspective of the word, "impartial". We should have a survey to determine it. I am sure you people out there would have often hear or experience of this sentence, "you do not mix work and personal life together when handling a situation." However, once you step out in to the society you would realise that if both your boss and the secretary are a married couple, when a situation occurs and needed someone to answer to it. Clearly in the situation, the secretary is at fault. But instead another co-worker got fired. How contradiction huh? Ain't a boss suppose to be impartial when it comes to work matters?
Hmmm... just something for people out there reading my blog to think about the word "impartial".. what's your definition towards it? if you do say you are? think again.. is there actually times when you are telling people you are impartial but then the actions you portray are actually contradicting to your words?
think people... not just by saying it means a great deal... is the actions that people are actually looking at.. =))
if above post ever offended anyone, i'm sorry... cause it is just a vocabulary that keeps ringing in my head these few days and i kinda wanna get rid of it.. anything similar, is just a conicidence.. thankyou.. =)
