what a day at work today.. firstly we are lacked of teachers and the workplace political issues got worse today.. normally the toddlers class will have 3 teachers.. but due to one falling sick and the seriously lack of staffs.. yup.. there is only 2 teachers today.. me and teacher YL for the toddlers today.. normally we are also very busy when we have 3 teachers.. and making it worse today is jus the two of us..

so being in the same bay with the playgrp(PG) class.. teacher YL sort of asked help from teacher Ho in PG.. the Toddlers were seperated with 9 of them outside with my having water play.. and the next moment i know.. auntie came out telling me that teacher H from PG too is quarrellin inside with teacher YL and wad makes it worse is that parent of a child is right there inside..

haix.. lets just not go in to very detailed.. the ending is that teacher YL was sent home becoz she is tearing and teacher H came back to the classroom after the talk with the principal looking like she have won something....

seriously i hate all this..

1st: to me teacher YL is already 55 and it is not easy for her at that age to handle 14 two years old children physically and mentally.. despite me being so young.. i still get aches sometimes after a hard day work! let alone saying her..

2nd: it is clearly obvious that teacher YL is well like by the children... fellow ECH mates.. u know children and understand that.. if a teacher is not committed and truely cares for the children they could sense it.. so i strongly believes that she is passionate about the job..

3rd: given her age, she could jolly well asked to handle an older age group of children.. or she could even retired.. by staying on.. it means alot..

4th: she only take leaves necessary unlike the other 3 teachers who have a high frequency of MC rates there in the same bay! which makes me even madder as she take resposibilities in her work! and still people is not happy...

5th: working with her for more than 1 month now i dun find any problems with her! what the fuck is wrong with you people!

6th: shouldnt fellow teachers who are working in the same bay should help one another especially when there is a shortage of staffs! why must one be so calculative!?

7th: teacher H who just joined us for two months is leaving already! why must u create troubles when u are already resigning! gosh!

8th: and being a childcare teacher, flexibilities is important! whats wrong with teacher YL not following the schdules at times and somemore she is not wasting those times.. she is doing something constructive with the children like painting and water & sand play! gosh! and u all just have to complain about it..

9th: calling the principal in for a talk when teacher YL is not around.. and telling me u are giving feedbacks.. hallo! i am not deaf! what is heard is all of u are targeting at her.. and it doesnt sound like a friendly feedbacks to me.. it was more of a complaining session!


haix.. i dunno.. i still have a lot to comments on that but i know this is getting no where and i know that i would be leaving in the next two weeks time.. i just kinda pity teacher YL.. and seriously i believe not only me who is feeling for teacher YL.. right the other teachers!?

anyway ended work at 630pm and headed to HV to meet up with xiu, van, cwystal, kristen & russ for dinner and chillout at 8pm... we went to breko's around 11pm cwystal and russ left.. and before that kristen had left too.. so left the 3 of us.. and can u believed it.. we stayed there till 230am... reached home at 3 am.. well shall post the pictures up after i received them..
